At Lucan Comhaltas, we provide high-quality classes in traditional Irish music, welcoming learners of all ages and abilities. Discover the rich heritage of Irish instruments and styles while developing your skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

For the upcoming term, classes are offered in:

• Tin whistle
• Fiddle
• Flute
• Concertina
• Button accordion
• Banjo
• Mandolin
• Guitar
• Harp
• Bodhrán
• Sean-nós dancing
• Set-dancing
• Traditional Singing

Class details:

• All classes are subject to demand and require a minimum number of students.
• Each class also has a maximum size (generally 2–6 students), with stringed instrument beginner classes kept smaller to allow for focused learning.
• Set dancing requires 4 people at least per class, preferably 8
• Adult classes are available across all instruments, subject to demand. Some groups may be mixed.
• A very limited number of instruments are available for rental.
• All participants must be members of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann.
